Scope
March IT was engaged to supply a private data network to a Gas Gathering Site Office and remote internet services, with 20Mbps of bandwidth, to an accommodation village in remote central QLD.
Our Solution
March IT designed a Carrier Grade fixed wireless network to supply high speed services to the site with a six week infrastructure build time (with delivery the day before Christmas).
The permanent infrastructure was built and commissioned successfully on time and on budget.
The Outcome
The fixed wireless link connects the remote site back to the March IT network, a total distance of 28km. The service is used for internet, corporate private data, voice over IP, video conferencing and accommodation village Wi-Fi.
