Origin Energy had a commitment to fully resolve the communications limitations at all of its accommodation villages in the Surat Basin, such that everyone could Skype and FaceTime their family from their room, simultaneously, without interruption and without exception. Origin considered total costs and lead times for Wi-Fi Infrastructure and ongoing services and ultimately selected MarchNet as the successful partner. MarchNet were able to build infrastructure and deliver high quality services to our remote sites, sometimes within 2 or 3 weeks of being engaged, and help Origin deliver on its commitment.

Laing O’Rourke selected MarchNet to design and deliver high speed internet and Wi-Fi to our accommodation villages, and private network links, Wi-Fi, switching and IP telephones to our project construction offices on a major Liquefied Natural Gas project in remote Queensland. I used MarchNet services in the accommodation village and construction offices during the construction of the Eurombah Creek Gas Processing Facility on the APLNG Project. The high speed internet and Wi-Fi solution for the accommodation village provided every resident access to Skype and FaceTime their family and friends, without exception. The Wi-Fi, switching and telephony services provided for our construction offices enabled our team to safely complete the project on schedule.
