MarchNet Acquires FSG Fixed Wireless Networks in QLD, NSW and VIC
MarchNet, a specialist in regional and remote telecommunications, has completed the acquisition of select Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) network assets and customers from Field Solutions Group Pty Ltd (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (In Liquidation) (FSG). The acquisition was facilitated by the Receivers and Managers of FSG, and includes FSG’s FWA networks in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, securing the profitable segments of the network, servicing key mining, agriculture, enterprise and government clients.

In addition to the customers and networks, the acquisition also includes approximately $800,000 of high-quality assets and inventory which complement MarchNet’s existing infrastructure and will support the company’s ongoing network growth and expansion, including into new markets.
MarchNet will immediately commence integrating the customers and acquired networks into its national infrastructure, undertaking upgrades where necessary to bring the sites in line with MarchNet standards, and ensuring a seamless transition to unlock the full value of these assets.
